The existence of narrations with the theme of the Prophet (PBUH) being bewitched by a Jewish person named Labid bin Asim, a Jew, one of the allies of Banu Zariq, in sources such as Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, as well as the books of commentary on the revelations of the Mu'awdhin, has caused various opinions in this regard. By establishing the infallibility of the prophets, Shia scholars and some Sunni scholars such as Jisas, Sayyid Qutb, etc. rejected these traditions and considered them to be against the Qur'an and infallibility, and denied that the Prophet (PBUH) was bewitched, and some explained Traditions have accepted the dawning of Muhammad Mustafa (pbuh), but not in an absolute way, but in a limited way and only in the area of the effect on the body and limbs and not on the mind and soul. In this research, without considering the issue of occurrence or non-occurrence, the Qur'anic evidence cited by the two groups in favor and against the Prophet's (PBUH) witchcraft was analyzed in an analytical-descriptive method with the aim of determining the possibility of the Prophet (PBUH) witchcraft. And the points of commonality and difference of views have been discussed. Regarding the infallibility of the mind and soul of the Prophet (PBUH), there is a consensus between the two groups. The opposing group, citing Quranic evidence, rejected the bewitchment of the Prophet (PBUH) and listed corruptions in its acceptance, which include: confusion between revelation and imagination, loss of authenticity of the Qur'an and prophetic hadiths, and the group in favor of grading They have accepted the infallibility of the Prophet (PBUH) only in the realm of the body and mind (and not the mind and soul).
